I have just cancelled my monthly payments at this vets and moved to another practice. The reason I have taken this step is that I was nine minutes late to my appointment, and when I arrived the receptionist pronounced that I had lost my appointment because I was over five minutes late. So because I was 4 minutes beyond their cut off, I could not see a vet and endured a completely wasted visit. This was stated without apology - even though I apologised for being late - and notwithstanding that I have never been informed about this policy. There were no other customers in reception at the time, which gave me the impression that they could have seen me if they had wished. Very disappointing.

The staff are incredible at helping customers to manage their emotions around pet treatment and are always very supportive and understanding. Their patience makes all the difference in allowing customers to process the information and feel comfortable to ask questions, no matter how stupid the questions may sound.

Had a good experience here as we brought our cat here. Pleased that the vet didn't try to fleece us for all our money, even saying that she won't recommend one of their products as it can be found cheaper elsewhere. That's appreciated as vets are known for trying to get every penny.

Lovely staff, John the vet is absolutely fantastic and is new to this practice. John has operated on our dog Suki 3 times this year and has been brilliant! What a lovely man! We wish him all the best for the future xx
