I transferred to Nova having been with my previous vet practice for over 32 years. What made me transfer was that once my original practice was no longer independent I was not able to rely on continuity of care. I needed to know that my dogs were going to be able to see the same vet consistently and that an understanding of their needs would be established. I think that by joining Nova I have achieved that.All the boys have been seen by Kate and it’s great to be able to spend time with her discussing their needs and care. Nothing is ever rushed and advice is given freely. The quality of the care by all the team coupled with the physical environment and the warm welcome has made it a great choice.

Staff friendly, premises spotless. Professional and informative. Finn was castrated, only thing to note is to always check if your pet needs painkillers as Finn wasn’t discharged with them and I had to go back for them. Otherwise Finn is doing well and coming back for post op check next week.

A fantastic first visit to Nova Vets. I was recommended by a friend & the team didn't disappoint. I was greeted by the friendly team on reception and had a lovely first appointment with my dog. An in depth consultation and the first time I feel I've really been listened to with my dog's problem. Really impressed overall 10/10

Wonderful to find a locally owned veterinary practice these days. Easy to register & communicate online. Stress free parking with lovely new premises. Sucessful dental proceedure for our Dachshund at a reasonable price with excellent comms & advice. Very happy to recommend, thank you.

I highly recommend Nova Veterinary Centre! I took my guinea pig for a wellness check after his brother passed away and everyone was so kind to both my guinea pig and myself! My guinea pig then went in to be castrated and I could not have asked for better care and attention, both on the day and with his post op care.Thank you to all the staff!

Thank you to the staff at Nova vets for the emergency treatment my dog Bailey needed when he stole the fruited buns from my shopping bag ( honestly - I only took my eyes off him for seconds !!!!) He was seen at such short notice. He was made sick when he brought up the toxic sultanas and some of the plastic wrapping. Really quick and efficient service therefore avoiding dire consequences.
