Thank you to the staff at Nova vets for the emergency treatment my dog Bailey needed when he stole the fruited buns from my shopping bag ( honestly - I only took my eyes off him for seconds !!!!) He was seen at such short notice. He was made sick when he brought up the toxic sultanas and some of the plastic wrapping. Really quick and efficient service therefore avoiding dire consequences.

Our first visit with Freddie and we really cannot thank the team enough. The compassion and care shown to Freddie and us , even from just walking through the door , was so comforting and reassuring. We really appreciated the time spent explaining all that would happen before and after his procedure , at no point did we feel rushed. We can honestly say Nova. I can't thank Nova Vets enough for their incredible care and support. They managed to fit us in within the hour and even came out for a home visit due to my dog's condition. From start to finish, the team were so attentive, compassionate, and professional. The girls not only supported me throughout but also went above and beyond by offering to help process my insurance claim.
